IPL 2024: In the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) played on March 29, Kolkata easily defeated Bengaluru by 7 wickets. With this, KKR has now come to second place in the points table. In the match, Virat Kohli played an inning of 83 runs in 59 balls, which included 4 fours and 4 sixes. After this match, a video has surfaced in which Virat Kohli has gifted his bat to KKR's explosive batsman Rinku Singh. Kolkata has also become the first team of IPL 2024 to win a match away from home.
After the RCB vs KKR match, players of both the teams shook hands with each other and meanwhile KKR players also reached the RCB dressing room. RCB has shared a video on its X account, in which coach Andy Flower was seen trying to boost the morale of the players of Royal Challengers Bangalore. A clip was also shown in the middle of this video, in which Virat Kohli gifted his bat to Rinku Singh and both of them also hugged each other.

RCB players were struggling in the match against Kolkata Knight Riders. Wickets were falling continuously from the other end, but Virat Kohli remained at the crease and played an inning of 83 runs in 59 balls, taking his team to the score of 182 runs. This was Kohli's second consecutive fifty in IPL 2024, but people are criticizing him for his slow innings. Meanwhile, thanks to Phil Salt's 30 runs, Sunil Narayan's 47 runs, Venkatesh Iyer's fifty and captain Shreyas Iyer's 39 runs, Kolkata Knight Riders won the match by 7 wickets with 19 balls remaining.
