Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has described this budget as historic. He said that this is a historic budget…India has now moved forward. 'This is the time, this is the right time'.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that PM Modi has resolved to make India the third largest economy in the world. According to this, this budget of the Finance Minister is going to strengthen the economic sector of the country, progress the industry and create new employment. Infrastructure has been given highest priority in this budget.

At the same time, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav made a post on social media site X after this interim budget. In this post he wrote that if any budget is not for development and if any development is not for the people then it is useless. The BJP government has created a shameful record by completing a decade of anti-people budgets, which will never be broken again because now is the time for a positive government to come. This is the 'farewell budget' of BJP.

Similarly, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said that I thank Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and PM Modi for this budget. No sector has been left out…Today we have become a confident country in the world in terms of economy.

Regarding this interim budget, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that this budget will prove to be an important step towards 'developed India'. The biggest announcement of this budget is 'Jai Anusandhan' scheme for which Rs 1 lakh crore has been announced as corpus fund in today's budget. Whichever private institution will opt for the loan, they will get interest free loan for 50 years. This will directly benefit the new generation of India… National Education Policy has been implemented. Innovation has taken the form of a revolution. There has been a discussion with the PM. There has been discussion on new IITs and IIMs.

He further said that under Skill India, skilling and up-skilling of 1.4 crore youth of the country will be done. Three new railway corridors have been talked about. This simply means that skilled manpower will get more employment and the lifestyle of the people will improve. In short, this budget is well balanced between welfare and wealth creation.

Congress MP Karti Chidambaram said about this budget that it is merely an administrative exercise to ensure that the Government of India has the necessary funds to run its normal functioning till the formation of the new Parliament and the formation of the new government. And this is what they have done. Apart from making self-congratulatory, self-praise phrases, there is nothing in this budget.

Regarding the interim budget, National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah said that the full budget will come in July. We hope that people will benefit, tourism will increase, industries will also grow and the country will progress.

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has also given his reaction regarding this interim budget. He said that this budget speech was one of the shortest budget speeches recorded till date. Much of this did not come to light. He talked about foreign investment, without acknowledging that investment has declined significantly. He talked about many things in vague language, like 'confidence' and 'hope' etc. But when it comes to concrete data, there is very little data available. This would be a very disappointing speech completely shrouded in generalities and without sufficient content and willingness to address the specific problems of the economy.

Regarding this budget, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said that the interim budget presented today in the new Parliament on the old pattern is only an election fraud. It is a betrayal of the farmers, poor youth, tribals and women of the country. Bharatiya Kisan Union completely rejects this budget. .
