Special Judge MK Nagpal in Rouse Avenue Court has directed Tihar Jail authorities to take Sanjay Singh to Parliament by 10 am on Monday. Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh had applied for release on interim bail to take oath as a Rajya Sabha member and attend the budget session of Parliament. The application for bail and custodial parole of both the Aam Aadmi Party leaders was put up for hearing before the court of Special Judge MK Nagpal in Rouse Avenue Court. CBI gave arguments opposing the release of both of them on bail. The court has said that the petition for parole to meet his ailing wife while in custody will be heard on Monday, February 5.

Let us tell you that Special Judge MK Nagpal of Rouse Avenue Court had ordered the ED to file its reply by February 3 on the application of MP Sanjay Singh in the money laundering case related to the excise policy scam. On the other hand, Delhi High Court had also reserved its decision after completing the hearing on Sanjay Singh's bail plea on Wednesday.
