Rajya Sabha Election Three Congress Candidates Won From Karnataka One BJP NTC theinsiderinsight


The results of Karnataka have been declared in the Rajya Sabha elections. Three Congress candidates have won in the state. Ajay Maken, Nasir Hussain and GC Chandrashekhar have won from the party's side. Whereas one Narayan Bandige of BJP and one Kupendra Reddy of JDS have won.

Cross voting has also been done during Rajya Sabha elections. BJP MLA ST Somshekar did cross voting in Karnataka. Whereas Shivram Habbar abstained from voting. BJP got 48 votes in the elections. Whereas Congress got 139 votes and JDS got 35 votes.

In Karnataka, independent MLAs Janardhan Reddy, Latha Mallikarjuna, Puttaswamy Gowda and Darshan Puttannaiah voted in favor of Congress candidates.
