The district administration has launched a hunt for gangster Vasudev in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. Taking major action, property worth about Rs 1.5 crore has been attached. The police made an announcement in the village and announced that on the orders of the DM, the general public has been cheated in the name of selling cheap plots and houses. More than half a dozen cases have been registered in this case.

According to the information, Vasudev Yadav, Virendra Tiwari, Patesari Devi and Dinesh Kumar Verma, residents of Gothwa Darkha police station, accused of Gangster Act, registered at police station Deva, together have been luring people with cheap residential land through financial fraud and forgery for 5-8 years. They are involved in crimes like not registering by giving and taking money.

Panic among those doing fake land deeds

The movable/immovable property acquired by this organized gang has been confiscated. Its price is around Rs 1 crore 35 lakh. Also, the total deposited amount in HDFC Bank of Rs 8 lakh 97 thousand 589 has been identified by the police and reported to District Magistrate Barabanki. This action of the DM has created a stir among those doing fake land deeds.

Additional Superintendent of Police said this in the matter

Additional Superintendent of Police Chiranjeevi Nath Sinha said that action has been taken against Basudev Yadav and his associates under the Gangster Act. In this action, property worth about Rs 1.5 crore has been attached. Which the accused had earned by committing a crime.
