How to make Anjeer Chutney (How To Make Anjeer Chutney)
Material-
- Oil
- Onion
- garlic cloves
- dry figs
- Sugar
- Green chilly
- malt vinegar
- white vinegar
Method-
- To make fig chutney, first heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion and garlic in it till it turns golden brown and keep it aside.
- Add figs and remaining ingredients along with fried onion and garlic in a blender and grind them to make a thick paste.
- Let it cool for 30 minutes before serving.
- This chutney can be stored in a non-metallic airtight container in the refrigerator for a month.
