Ashanti is not afraid to confess that it takes a village to boost a child.
In an unique interview with PEOPLE, the singer and actress, 44, says she’s been loving her time as a brand new mother to her 7-month-old son Kareem Kenkaide, nicknamed KK, with husband Nelly, and he or she is already planning forward in terms of being a working guardian.
“It should be my first time going [on tour] as a mother,” Ashanti says. “Clearly, we want further palms. There’s undoubtedly going to be further baggage, as a result of I already journey with an excessive amount of baggage.”
“However [we are going to be] much more cognizant of time and [spend more time] getting ready, since you simply by no means know what is going on to occur,” she provides.

For many of April, Ashanti will likely be on the Bring It on Tour throughout the U.Ok. and Eire with Sean Paul and Fats Joe.

With child KK approaching the highway along with her, Ashanti says planning every time out and having a set schedule will likely be tremendous helpful.
