Florence Pugh is “excited” for folks to see her return to the massive display within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Pugh tells PEOPLE at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, July 27, that Marvel Studios created one thing particular along with her film, Thunderbolts*.
Acknowledging that the film “has been years within the making,” the Oscar nominee, 28, says “the explanation why it took so lengthy to return collectively is [that] there can be no level in doing this story until we did it correctly.”
Pugh will reprise her position as Yelena Belova, the Russian Black Widow, first launched in 2021’s Scarlett Johansson-starring Black Widow. She stars alongside Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes a.ok.a.
