A California man has been arrested and charged with homicide after his roommate was discovered buried of their yard.
On Friday, Oct. 18, the Riverside Police Division (RPD) introduced in a press release that officers arrested 48-year-old Richard Thomas Martinez after they found human stays within the yard of his house.
