The drama, made by Our bodies Our bodies Our bodies filmmaker Halina Reijn, follows a strong CEO who jeopardises her profession and household life by having an affair with a youthful intern.
Banderas performs Kidman’s character’s husband and Harris Dickinson performs the intern.
In her director’s assertion, Reijn wrote: “The affair on the coronary heart of Babygirl permits Romy and Samuel to play out their confusion round energy, gender, age, hierarchy, and primal intuition.
“Regardless of its forbidden nature, the enjoyment of that exploration is liberating, even therapeutic.”
The Babygirl premiere follows one for Maria, after which star Angelina Jolie obtained an eight-minute standing ovation.
