The MP-MLA court has acquitted all the accused in the robbery case by breaking into a house in Dungarpur Basti. The hearing in this case was completed in the court on Tuesday. However, the court had reserved the decision, which was pronounced today on Wednesday.
In fact, 12 cases were registered in 2019 on charges of eviction of Dungarpur colony of Ganj police station area of Rampur. In these cases, Azam Khan, former Municipal President Azhar Ahmed Khan, contractor Barkat Ali, retired CO Ale Hasan, Firoz Khan, Ranu Khan, Dharmendra Chauhan, Fasahat Ali Khan Sanu were made accused. A case was registered against them under sections of house breaking, assault, robbery and criminal conspiracy.

A complaint was given that at the behest of Azam Khan in the SP government, the police and SP had forcibly vacated their houses to build shelter houses in the colony. 70 cases registered in one year

Fresh FIRs started being filed even in cases registered 20 years ago. In this way, suddenly more than 70 cases were registered in the year 2019. Most of them were old. Of these, one case was registered 16 years after the complaint, 22 cases were registered after 13 years of the complaint. The first case against him was registered on 12 July 2019 at 2.19 pm. This year, on July 16, 8 cases were registered between 10.30 am and 11.30 pm.

Along with this, encroachment on land, encroachment on river land, encroachment of enemy property, preparation of fake documents, fraud, violation of Representation of the People Act, Code of Conduct, sexual harassment, attempt to murder, robbery, molestation, intimidation, assault, abuse etc. And cases of rebellion are also registered. Thus, 103 cases are registered against him. He has mentioned this in his affidavit filed in the Election Commission during the UP Assembly elections 2022. Most of the cases are pending.
