Former Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has been made the candidate from Karnal. Banto Kataria has been made the candidate from Ambala (SC) seat. Banto is the wife of Ratan Lal Kataria, who won the elections in 2019, who died in the year 2023. Only sitting MPs from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh (Chaudhary Dharambir Singh), Gurgaon (Chaudhary Inderjit Singh Yadav) and Faridabad (Krishna Pal Gurjar) have been made candidates.
