According to the information, Ayush Modanwal has a shop at Amravati intersection of Vindhyachal police station area. He runs this shop with his mother. Yesterday constable Ram Vilas Paswan posted at Vindhyachal police station came to his shop. Called him outside and started slapping him without telling him anything. When the shopkeeper asks him the reason, he says, “You come in my dreams and trouble me.” Because of you, I am not able to sleep properly.'' The people present at the spot were surprised to hear the words of the constable.
Not only this, the accused constable also threatened the shopkeeper that if he comes into his dreams again, he will kill him again. This time he will be taken to the police station and locked in the lockup. This strange incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed there. The victim Ayush lodged a written complaint against the accused along with CCTV footage. Meanwhile, the video of the beating also went viral on social media.
