Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra reached Kanpur on 21 February. Chandrashekhar Azad Agricultural University has issued a notice against the research student who participated in the yatra. The university has said that a rally was taken out from the college campus. Saurabh Courtesy, a student studying at Chandrashekhar Azad Agricultural University, Kanpur, had participated in Rahul Gandhi's road show. He is a research student in the university. Before this, he had also taken out a rally in support of Rahul in the college. He had come with this rally to join Rahul's procession.

After this photo surfaced, Sanjeev Sharma, in-charge of Shekhar Hostel of Chandrashekhar Azad University, has issued a notice to Saurabh. It says that you took out a rally from the college campus on 21st. Of political activity, which is not in accordance with the University Act. Therefore notice has been issued to you.

Saurabh says in this matter, this was my personal matter. The college administration has violated my personal rights by giving notice. The hostel superintendent says that it is the rule of the college administration that no student will be involved in any kind of political activity here. Saurabh had taken out a rally in the hostel itself. Therefore, he has been given a notice and warned.
