How to make Anjeer Chutney (How To Make Anjeer Chutney)

Material-

  • Oil
  • Onion
  • garlic cloves
  • dry figs
  • Sugar
  • Green chilly
  • malt vinegar
  • white vinegar

Method-

  • To make fig chutney, first heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion and garlic in it till it turns golden brown and keep it aside.
  • Add figs and remaining ingredients along with fried onion and garlic in a blender and grind them to make a thick paste.
  • Let it cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  • This chutney can be stored in a non-metallic airtight container in the refrigerator for a month.
