The court has sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on 6-day ED remand. According to the court order, the investigating agency will present Arvind Kejriwal in the ED court by 2 pm on March 28. Then ED will tell what progress has been made in the investigation so far, and what to do next. The interrogation of Arvind Kejriwal will be done under the surveillance of CCTV cameras. The footage of the interrogation will be kept safe.

Under Section 41 D of CrPC, accused Arvind Kejriwal has been allowed to meet his lawyers Mohammad Irshad and Vivek Jain from 6 to 7 pm. During ED remand, Arvind Kejriwal has been allowed to meet his wife Sunita Kejriwal and personal secretary Vibhav Kumar for half an hour every day. In view of Kejriwal's poor health, the court has ordered ED to provide him the diet suggested by the doctors. If they are unable to do so, they will be allowed to eat home food.

Kejriwal demanded removal of police officer engaged in security

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has filed an application in Rouse Avenue Court demanding the removal of ACP AK Singh of Delhi Police, who was engaged in his security. Arvind Kejriwal said that he was misbehaved while bringing him to the court. According to the information, ACP AK Singh had also misbehaved with Manish Sisodia. A written complaint was also lodged in that regard.

I didn't even get a chance to take blessings from my parents. Before ED took me away. I was sitting with the parents before the ED arrived, the ED officers behaved nicely and respectfully. He said that no inquiry took place last night. It is not expected that there will be much interrogation even during detention.
