In Bihar (Bihar Seat Sharing), BJP has cracked the deal with Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Chief Chirag Paswan and his uncle Pashupati Paras. According to information received from sources, BJP has agreed to give all 5 seats of LJP quota to Chirag Paswan. This also includes Hajipur seat, from which Chirag wants to contest the Lok Sabha elections. Whereas Pashupati Paras can be made the governor.

BJP was trying to convince Chirag Paswan for many days. Chirag Paswan announced that the deal regarding seats would be finalized after meeting BJP National President JP Nadda on Wednesday. He said that the seat distribution has been finalized and will be informed at the appropriate time.
Lok Janshakti Party was torn into two in 2021
Actually, after the death of Ram Vilas Paswan in the year 2021, his Lok Janshakti Party broke into two parts. One faction of it 'Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party' is with his brother Pashupati Kumar Paras, while the other faction is with his son Chirag Paswan. Lok Janshakti Party had got 6 seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections under partnership with NDA. LJP had won on all these 6 seats. After the split in the party, LJP has 5 MPs along with Pashupati Kumar Paras. Meanwhile, Chirag Paswan is the MP from Jamui seat.
