Vikramaditya Vedic Clock based on Panchang installed in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh has slowed down due to cyber attack. An official gave this information on Friday. This clock is installed on an 85 feet high tower at Jantar Mantar near Jivajirao Observatory. Shriram Tiwari, director of the Maharaja Vikramaditya Research Chair, which looks after the Jivajirao Observatory, told PTI that the watch app was cyber attacked on Thursday night.

Tiwari said, 'The clock slowed down after the attack. A complaint has been lodged on the National Cyber Crime Portal. This watch was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 29 February through digital medium.
