SP Saheb got angry after seeing the sentry present at the post in deep sleep. Expressing his displeasure, SP Sanjeev Kumar Sinha put Umri police post in-charge Mahendra Singh Chauhan on the line. Besides, SDOP was also ordered to investigate into the matter of negligence. The SP has also expressed his displeasure regarding the pendency inside the post.
Negligence will not be tolerated at all
SP Sinha said that sleeping inside the post at a time when it could have been guarded comes under the category of misconduct. Negligence towards job will not be tolerated at all. The staff in the police station is there for job, not for sleeping. If a complainant reaches the police station late at night, it is the responsibility of the police to hear it.
