There has been a threat to blow up the Shri Ram Laxman Sambhag Mandir in Kanpur, UP with a bomb. Threatening posters were pasted on the temple while some slips were also found thrown on the streets. After the threat of bombing the temple by unknown people, DCP East, ADCP East and ACP Kotwali reached the spot with heavy force.
The police removed the threatening poster from there and took it into their possession and four teams have been formed to arrest the accused. On the other hand, after receiving threats, the temple management has also lodged an FIR against unknown people.
Threat to kill the trust manager also
Rohit Sahu, manager of Shri Ram Lakshman Mandir Trust, said that as soon as he got information about the threat, he informed the DCP. After this, he told the entire incident to the policemen who reached the spot and also showed them the threatening poster.
In the poster found by the police from the spot, it is written threatening Rohit Sahu, 'He passes through our area, now you see what happens to you, you are fond of doing a lot of puja and aarti, you are not in this world. Will remain, I have bombs and pistols, I will wipe out the entire family, neither your temple nor you will remain.
After the threat of blowing up the temple, police were deployed in the surrounding areas, after which there was silence in the temple. ADCP Lakhan Singh and ACP also examined the CCTV cameras installed around the temple and interrogated the people nearby.
On the occasion of the consecration of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, a program was also organized in this temple. However, no one had expressed any objection to this at that time.
