There was a dispute between two parties regarding playing DJ on the day of Holi in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. It is alleged that during this time one party opened fire on the other party. One person got injured in this. On receiving the information, on the complaint of the victim, the police registered an FIR against the attackers under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506, 392 and 7 of the Indian Penal Code and started investigating the case.
The incident took place in village Katakwara of Barkheda police station area. Pradhan Amit Kumar, who lives here, was dancing with his friends Puranlal, Surajpal, Ganesh and Vimal Kumar on the day of Holi by playing DJ. The residents of the locality were facing problems due to the loud sound of the DJ. Then Tottarpal Gangwar's son Kuldeep and others asked the DJ to reduce his volume.

'Many villagers injured due to brick-stone attack'
After this, Pradhan and his associates started abusing and assaulting the victim's family with the intention of killing them. When the victim came to his rescue, he was also beaten up. After this there was chaos in the village. During this time the attackers also pelted bricks and stones. Due to which many villagers were injured.
'Fired bullets to implicate him in a false case'
After this, seeing the villagers gathering, all the attackers fled from the spot after threatening to kill them. Then the victim informed Barkheda police. At the same time, the victim's family alleged that in order to implicate him in a false case, the attackers themselves shot Vimal in the leg and took him somewhere for treatment.

Barkheda police station in-charge said that an FIR has been registered in the matter and investigation has been started. Meanwhile, CO Vishal Chaudhary told that there was a dispute between two parties regarding playing DJ. One party has been shot in this.
