Will the strength of the alliance be seen or will it be 'played'… tomorrow's show of strength in Jharkhand's political battle – jharkhand politics champai soren hemant soren floor test jmm congress today ntc theinsiderinsight

There is continuous turmoil in the politics of Jharkhand. Champai Soren may have taken oath as the new CM, but until the floor test is conducted, the political crisis over the current JMM government continues. Meanwhile, speculations are rife whether the Soren government will survive in Jharkhand? Will there be some play with Champai Soren? Or will JMM, beyond these speculations, show strength in the assembly and win support and gain confidence in the floor test?

Amidst the questions, a shocking news also came from Jharkhand. Opposing attitude was seen from JMM MLA from Sahibganj Lobin Hembram. Let's take a look at this political crisis in Jharkhand and the possible activities on Monday-

Important day of Jharkhand government on Monday
Political turmoil continues in Jharkhand. Monday is an important day for the current government of Jharkhand. Because tomorrow itself it will be proved whether Jharkhand government will stay or go. Must have played or JMM will show its strength. Champai Soren is claiming that he has majority, but BJP is saying that the game is yet to be played in Jharkhand also. There is a round of statements from both sides, the political noise is continuing.

Champai Soren becomes CM but crisis continues
A new government may have been formed in Jharkhand under the leadership of Champai Soren, but the clouds of crisis have not cleared yet. On one hand, preparations are being made to prove majority in the Assembly. MLAs appointed in Hyderabad are reaching Ranchi. At the same time, before the floor test in the Assembly, voices of protest have also started being raised in Jharkhand.

Anti attitude of MLA Lobin Hembram
In fact, everyone was shocked to see the hostile attitude of JMM MLA from Sahibganj, Lobin Hembram. He surprised a meeting by saying that he would separate from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. Not only this, former CM Hemant Soren was put in the dock on land scam charges.

Under the banner of Jharkhand Bachao Morcha, MLA Lobin Hembram vented his anger and lashed out at his own party. However, when the statement became politicized, he announced his support to Champai Soren in the floor test.

Trying to remain united amidst the voices of opposition
Amid such sounds of protest, efforts are being made to keep the MLAs united, because BJP has been continuously claiming that even after Champai Soren became the CM, everything is not right in JMM and the coalition government. The kind of chaos that is happening in JMM seems that everything is not well. However, JMM is calling such claims baseless. The government is being declared safe in the numbers game. Champai Soren has already submitted the letter of support of 43 MLAs to the Governor.

Lobin Hembrom also agreed to support
Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) MLA Lobin Hembrom on Sunday agreed to extend conditional support to the Champai Soren-led government. After discussions with JMM chief Shibu Soren, Hembrom outlined several demands that should be met to garner his support during the crucial trust vote on February 5 and 6.

What were Lobin Hembrom's demands?
1. Ban on sale of liquor across the state
2. Demand for protection of forests and water conservation
3. No land should be acquired by the State or Central Government without the express approval of the Gram Sabha, local Village Council.
4. Prohibiting the allotment of mining leases without the consent of the Gram Sabha.
5. Demand for establishment of Rehabilitation Commission also
6. Demand for creation of a special court dedicated to speedy trial of cases filed against tribals and local people
7. Demanded announcement and implementation of proper domicile policy in Jharkhand.

Coalition government MLAs reaching Ranchi
However, the MLAs of the coalition government are now reaching Ranchi. The government has to show strength in the assembly. However, looking at such preparations before that, the question is arising whether the game is not yet over in the political fight in Jharkhand. Even after the ruling party MLAs reached Ranchi, a lot of claims and speculations are going on, which is increasing the political heat in Jharkhand.

Will cabinet expansion take place on Monday only?
Meanwhile, it has come to light that the ministerial post may be confirmed during the special session of the Jharkhand Assembly after the trust vote. Sources have revealed that Champai Soren and Hemant Soren can finalize the list. A maximum of 12 ministers can be included in the Jharkhand cabinet. 9 seats are still vacant.

One MLA will not be able to participate in the floor test
JMM MLA Ramdas Soren will not participate in the trust vote. He is unwell and is suffering from kidney problem. He is admitted in Apollo Indraprastha Delhi. The stage is set for the show of strength by JMM alliance partners before the floor test in Ranchi Assembly.

Tight security arrangements in Ranchi
Monday is going to be an important day for the ongoing political crisis in Jharkhand. Floor test is to be held in the assembly here on Monday. In such a situation, tight security arrangements are being made in Ranchi before Rahul Gandhi's Nyay Yatra and public rally. With this, all the MLAs sent to Hyderabad are returning to Ranchi.

Special session of assembly will start at 11 am
The special session of the Assembly will begin at 11 am which will begin with the inaugural address of the Governor as it is the first day of swearing-in of the new government. This is also important because former CM Hemant Soren, who is in ED custody, will also be brought to the Assembly for floor test.

Hemant Soren will also reach the assembly
IG Ranchi met the Assembly Secretariat and informed about ED bringing Hemant Soren to the Assembly. Since the court order is related to the ED instructions, the Assembly Secretariat has asked to forward the court order in writing in this regard. Hemant Soren will be brought to the Assembly amid heavy security of ED officials.

What happened in Jharkhand?
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case on January 31, has named Champai Soren as his successor, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) legislature party leader. Champai Soren, a veteran and one of the founding members of JMM, took oath at the Raj Bhavan on Friday. The new government led by Champai Soren has now demanded a floor test to prove majority in the House. Around 40 alliance MLAs from Jharkhand, who had gone to Hyderabad amid fears of horse-trading by the BJP, will return to the state at 6 pm on Sunday to take part in the voting. Soren is also set to participate in the trust vote after getting permission from the PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) court on Saturday.
