Jasprit Bumrah bowled Ben Duckett: Indian pitches are known for being spin friendly, especially in Test cricket. But what if on these pitches a fast bowler blows away both the players and the stumps with his pace and accuracy? So Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has done exactly the same. Bumrah stunned English batsman Ben Duckett with his fast pace on the 'spin track'.
These days, the first match of the five-match Test series between India and England is being played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. So far only the spinners have shown dominance in the match. First the Indian and then the English spinners troubled the players. But meanwhile Jasprit Bumrah came in the same way as an out-of-syllabus question comes in the exam.
Jasprit Bumrah was given the ball in front of England batting in the second innings. Left-handed English batsman Duckett, who was batting brilliantly, got ready to face Bumrah. He took a stance. But Duckett could not understand Bumrah's fast inbound ball at all. Bumrah's ball blew away the senses of the batsman as well as the wicketkeeper. Bumrah's ball threw the off stump quite far, the video of which was shared by BCCI through social media. Duckett looked dejected after losing the wicket.
