Rahul Dravid Hyderabad Test: Team India had to face defeat in the Hyderabad Test. India batted brilliantly and scored 436 runs in the first innings. But the team faltered in the second innings. The performance of the Indian team was good till the third day of the match. But the fourth day proved costly for Team India. Head coach Rahul Dravid has defended the Indian team. He said that strictness cannot be shown towards the team just because of the performance on the fourth day.

Dravid reacted to the match after the defeat in Hyderabad Test. “The day was very challenging,” he said. One should not show strictness just because of today's (fourth day of test) performance. We had a good start in our first innings. The condition was good till the second day. But we could not capitalize on the good start. No player scored a century for us. I think 70-80 runs less were scored in the first innings. The second innings is always full of challenges.

No player of Team India could score a century. But Ravindra Jadeja, KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal played good innings. Yashasvi scored 80 runs facing 74 balls in the first innings. He hit 10 fours and 3 sixes. KL Rahul scored 86 runs. This innings of Rahul included 8 fours and 2 sixes. Ravindra Jadeja played an inning of 87 runs. In this way India scored 436 runs in the first innings.

Team India could not do anything special in the second innings. She was all out on the score of 202 runs. Captain Rohit Sharma scored 39 runs. Yashasvi left after scoring 15 runs. KL Rahul was out after scoring 22 runs. Akshar Patel was out after scoring 17 runs. Shrikar Bharat scored 28 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin contributed 28 runs. England had scored 246 runs in the first innings and 420 runs in the second innings. He won this match by 28 runs.
