On the Sri Lanka tour, the Indian group will play a 3-match T20 and a 3-match ODI sequence from July 26 to August 7. The schedule for this was launched on Thursday (July 11). The Sri Lankan group may also be with a brand new coach. After the departure of Chris Silverwood, Sanath Jayasuriya has been appointed because the interim head coach for Sri Lanka. Three T20s shall be performed in late July and the ODI sequence shall be performed within the first week of August. Pallekele Worldwide Cricket Stadium will host the T20 matches. After this, Colombo's R. Premadasa Stadium will host the ODIs.
Two consecutive T20Is
In the meantime, many of the Indian group gamers on the Zimbabwe tour are anticipated to play within the T20 sequence towards Sri Lanka beginning on July 26. The second T20 shall be held the very subsequent day (July 27), whereas the third and remaining match shall be held on July 29. The three-match ODI sequence between India and Sri Lanka will begin on August 1, whereas the remaining two matches shall be performed on August 4 and seven respectively.
