IND vs ENG Test Series: As the Test series between India and England is getting closer, the comments from both sides are becoming a bit harsh. The latest name is that of former England cricketer Monty Panesar. He has said some things for Virat Kohli. This former spinner has said that England should trap Virat Kohli in the trap of sledging during the India tour.
While talking to India.com, Monty Panesar said, 'Play with Virat Kohli's ego and trap him psychologically. English players should call them chokers. England will have to sledge Virat like this because Stokes has won the World Cup and T20 World Cup for England whereas Kohli has not been able to do the same for India. So such things will pinch them mentally.
Monty Panesar also said that James Anderson will not let Virat Kohli survive this time too. In the 2014 Test series, Anderson sent Kohli to the pavilion four times. Panesar says, 'I think it will be James Anderson who will trouble Kohli. I think his reverse swing balls will take Kohli's wicket. However, Anderson has not been able to dismiss Virat Kohli even once on Indian grounds.
Monty Panesar played an important role in England's victory
In the year 2013, England won the Test series on Indian grounds. Then Monty Panesar played an important role. He was the second highest wicket taking English bowler in that series. Since this series, the Indian team has not lost any test series at home.
