The new video has been taken from a different angle, in which it can be clearly seen that Pathirana was not bent down to touch Dhoni's feet but to pick up the bowling marker. The bowling marker which was very close to Dhoni's feet. Since the old video was taken from a different angle, it seemed as if Pathirana, also known as Sri Lanka's Junior Malinga, was bending down to seek Dhoni's blessings.

CSK vs GT match account

In the CSK vs GT match, Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill won the toss and decided to bowl first, which backfired on him. From Chennai, captain Ruturaj Gaikwad gave a good start to the team by playing an inning of 46 runs in 36 balls. Whereas Rachin Ravindra's stormy innings of 46 runs in 20 balls had spoiled the line and length of Gujarat bowlers. He hit 6 fours and 3 sixes during this innings. Wriddhiman Saha scored 21 runs and Sai Sudarshan scored 37 runs in 31 balls. Deepak Chahar, Tushar Deshpande and Mustafizur Rahman bowled brilliantly for CSK, taking 2 wickets each.
