WPL 2024 Final: In the final of Women's Premier League 2024, Royal Challengers Bangalore has done what the RCB team could not do in IPL 2024 for the last 16 years. In the first bowling, Sophie Moulineau shocked the Delhi Capitals team by taking 3 wickets in a single over, while Shreyanka Patil broke the back of Delhi's batting by taking 4 wickets. On behalf of RCB, captain Smriti Mandhana, Sophie Devine and Ellyse Parry have also contributed significantly in making the team champion by playing very brilliant innings. The winning shot of the match came from the bat of Richa Ghosh, where she officially made the RCB franchise the champion for the first time by hitting a four.
