After the accident, the police of Sarthana police station had registered a case against the car driver. Now the accused driver Jitendra Salviya has been arrested in this case.

ACP Vipul Patel said that as soon as the news of the accident was received, the staff of Sarthana police station immediately reached the spot. The accused car driver has been arrested. A case has been registered against him under Motor Vehicle Act 185. On the complaint of the family members of the woman who died and those who were injured in this incident, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 304, 279 and 337 of the IPC.
