He told how they were inside a shop when it became clear that something was wrong. Ghoshal said he saw some people running inside the shop and thought there was a fire, but “people were saying someone was stabbing.”
“We went into a store room at the back and used boxes to lock ourselves inside,” he said. He estimated that 20 to 25 people were hiding inside.

Ghoshal said that an elderly woman was crying for her husband, who was outside at that time.
