Let us tell you that the first 'e-election' was organized a few months before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. In the e-polls held in November 2013, the BJP-led NDA alliance was predicted to get 330+ seats. In this election, NDA came to power at the Center by winning 341 seats.

Even in the 2019 general elections, Aaj Tak challenged experienced survey companies. The survey predicted that NDA would get 326 seats and Congress would get 112 seats. For this, more than 2.5 lakh OTP-verified votes (one number, one vote) were collected.

The special thing is that then the election results also came around this prediction. NDA got 353 seats in the 2019 elections, while the opposition alliance could win only 91 seats. aajtak.in's e-poll was better than many exit polling organizations.

Five years later, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi aims for his third term, e-elections are also back. It will remain live till June 1 till the seventh and last phase of voting. Apart from offline voting, readers will also get a chance to vote for their favorite party online.

Voting for e-election will end on June 1 at 5 pm. Its results will be released along with the exit poll. We appeal you to submit your mobile number to vote in the e-election, because the survey will be based on one vote, one number and your vote will remain confidential.
